These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of trustaxe.com (the “site”), operated by Axe Development LLC. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms do not cover use of the AXE software, which is governed by separate customer agreements.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the site for a business, you confirm you have authority to act for it.
Permitted use and restrictions
You may use the site to learn about AXE and to contact us. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or harvest the site by automated means, other than ordinary search engine indexing;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the site or any software it serves;
- interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its servers and networks;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or to submit malicious code or false information.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, text, graphics, and the AXE name and logo belong to Axe Development LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify or distribute our content without written permission. Product screenshots on the site show sample data.
Information you submit
You agree that information you submit through the site, such as a demo request, is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
No offer or commitment
Site content is general information about AXE. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract. Availability and features may change without notice. Any purchase or use of AXE is governed by a signed agreement between you and Axe Development LLC.

The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXE DEVELOPMENT LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Axe Development LLC against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
