The program
AXE Notifications is a text message program run by Axe Development LLC. Messages are service updates about orders and services handled in AXE, such as order, pickup, dock appointment, shipment and settlement updates. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
How you opt in
You choose to receive text messages by entering your mobile number and checking the text message box in your notification settings in AXE or the AXE customer portal. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You must be the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your activity, such as the number of orders and appointments you have.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP ALL. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or turn text messages back on in your notification settings.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number and messaging data. We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to the program
We may change or end this program. We will tell participants about material changes by text message or on this page.
